Cancellation & Refund Policy
예약 취소 및 환불 규정
1. Advance Booking
Reservations must be made at least 3 days before the experience date.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Because sessions are prepared and scheduled in advance, confirmed reservations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply where cancellation or refund rights are required under applicable law. Please contact us before cancelling so we can review your request.
3. Changes to Reservations
Date or time changes are subject to studio availability and prior approval. Changes are not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation by Dear Story
If Dear Story cannot provide the booked experience, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

모든 체험은 체험일 최소 3일 전까지 예약해야 합니다.
2. 취소 및 환불
체험 일정과 준비가 사전에 확정되는 서비스 특성상, 확정된 예약은 원칙적으로 환불이 제한됩니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 취소 또는 환불이 인정되는 경우에는 해당 법령을 따릅니다. 취소를 원하시면 먼저 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 일정 변경
날짜 및 시간 변경은 스튜디오 예약 가능 여부와 사전 승인에 따라 결정되며, 변경이 보장되지는 않습니다.
4. 디어스토리 사정으로 인한 취소
디어스토리의 사정으로 예약된 체험을 제공할 수 없는 경우 결제 금액을 전액 환불합니다.
